What data we process
Data you provide via the form, e-mail or phone: name, phone, e-mail, information about the property and your message, plus the language and page from which you submitted the form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps). If we work together, we process it to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. Website traffic is measured in aggregate (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) based on our legitimate interest in improving the site.
Who receives the data
We never sell your data or pass it to investors. An investor learns about your building only after your explicit consent and a signed NDA. Data is stored with processors operating the website under contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than 2 years; engagement data for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@puravidaadvisory.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
